Nine years in refugee support at Hero Norge AS: supporting asylum seekers, interpreting, and everyday orientation — in Norwegian, Persian, and Kurdish.

What You Need to Know.
What does coaching at WICC cost?+
With an AVGS (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein), the Jobcenter covers the full cost. You pay nothing. The initial consultation is also always free and non-binding.
Who is eligible for AVGS?+
In principle, anyone registered as a job seeker — including recipients of Arbeitslosengeld I, Bürgergeld, or people acutely at risk of unemployment. We'll help you find out for free whether you qualify.
What languages is coaching available in?+
Currently in German, Persian (Farsi), Kurdish (Sorani), and English. We match you with a coach who speaks your native language — trust grows when you feel understood.
How long does a coaching program take?+
A typical AVGS coaching program runs 8–12 weeks. We meet 1–2 times a week, supplemented by guided self-study. The pace and focus are tailored to you.
