WICC Center is a Berlin-based coaching and integration organization. We support international residents, immigrants, refugees, newcomers, and job seekers on their path through employment, education, and integration in Germany. We close the gap between arriving in Germany and successfully finding your way through its employment, education, and integration systems — with direct coaching, practical support, and orientation.

A Coaching Center, Born From Experience.
Psychology
Shapoor begins as a school psychologist and guidance counselor at Iran's Ministry of Education — seven years working with students, parents, and teachers.
Norway
Nine years in refugee support at Hero Norge AS: supporting asylum seekers, interpreting, and everyday orientation — in Norwegian, Persian, and Kurdish.
Arrival in Germany
A fresh start in Berlin: German up to C1 level, professional reorientation, and years in integration and youth welfare work (Phoenix e.V., clearing procedures for unaccompanied minor refugees).
WICC Center
Founding of the independent practice as job coach and integration consultant. Academic background in clinical psychology (ZAB-assessed master's level), member of the BDP.
